IFC Detail Panel

  • You can hide the selected element by clicking the “Hide” button.

  • By clicking the “Zoom” button, the camera zooms to the selected element.

  • By clicking the “Select type” button, you select the structure elements of the same type as the selected element.

  • By clicking the “Quantity” button, you add quantity information to the selected element.

  • The page button at the top of this panel leads to the Summary panel.

  • Basic information appears in the summary panel.

  • Status shows the current status of the selected element. (Default options: ToDo, InProgress, Done, OnHold)

  • It appears in the Schedule Activity ID to which the IFC element is  connected schedule activity is displayed in this panel

  • It appears notes and files connected to this item can also be view in this panel. If desired, a note can be added from here or directly go to the notes window.
  • In the history section, all transactions related to this element are listed.
  •  You  can changes the status of elements and track progress.

  • If the you changes the status, a confirmation panel opens and is asked to enter the date of the change.

  • The date can be entered manually or by calendar.
    • Click the button in the dimension form, then click “Load Property” in the opening panel.
    • It will load the properties of the selected element into the program.
    • The property data will be loaded from the original IFC file. This may take more than several minutes depending on the size of the IFC file. Once the property data is loaded, it will be saved in the database of BimCrone and will be automatically loaded when the project is reopened.
Warning: When a single IFC file is loaded, the structural element properties are loaded with the “Load Properties”.
  • The notes panel opens when you click the pen-shaped button in the ıfc details panel.

  • In this panel, a list of existing notes appears and there is a button for adding a new note.

  • Clicking on the existing notes opens the note panel and is reviewed.

  • Notes are classified according to type of notes.

  • A notes type can be changed. There is an option to resolve a note, if the problem depicted in the note is resolved.

  • Click on the clip shape to add file, picture, document link to the building element.

  • Click “Link New File”

  • In the window that opens, enter a brief title or information about the document in the “Summary”

  • Upload the file you want to upload by clicking the “…” sign in the “Path” section.

  • Click “Save” to save.
  • You can load the material data of the relevant iıfc item by entering the “M” field.

  • This panel show material data of selected/related ıfc element.

  • You can add subtask for each selected ıfc item by clicking first “F” button then “Add New Finished Item”

  • In the opened new panel, the description , material, activity fields are filled. Description files is mandatory and others are optional.

  • When you fill this fileds, then click the “Save “ button to save.

  • Subtasks activity ID can be different and its progress can be monitored independent of the system
  • Click on the lamp button.

  • You can give any color you want to the building elements you choose.

  • After selecting a building element, click “Select Type” to view the same type of building element.

Note: You can select multiple elements by “ctrl + click” or drag drop.Zoom movements are performed with the mouse.
  • Click on the letter “G” in the left panel.

  • Click “NEW” on the left of the GROUP header on the screen that opens. You can create a list by entering the group name.

  • Click “NEW” to the left of the TAGS header and enter your Tag names.
  • Press the “#” shape in the right panel.

  • Select the building element/elements.

  • Click on the drop-down menu to save the building elements as a group. Select the group name from the drop-down list.

  • Click “Add Tag” to add tags to the building element / elements. Tag a name from the tag list in the thats open and click “Save”.

  • If you click on one of the group and tag list in the left panel, you can see its structural elements in the project.
